Rare Miniature Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Pitcher, Baltimore, MD origin, circa 1870, with vase-like form, having an ovoid body, tooled foot, and flared rim, the reverse with an applied strap handle. Decorated from top to bottom on the front with a brushed cobalt clover plant design. Cobalt brushed at the handle terminals. One of the finest miniature stoneware pitchers from Baltimore we have seen. Mint condition. H 3 3/4".
