Small-Sized Presentation Redware Jar, Incised "Caroline Shnieter / 1836," PA or New England origin, ovoid jar with flared rim, thin foot, and heavily-tooled shoulder. Surface covered in a clear lead glaze over a colorful green and orange-spotted ground. Heavy chipping to base. H 3 3/4".
