Small-Sized Redware Spittoon, probably PA origin, mid to late 19th century, with carved semi-circular opening, scored top edge, and incised wavy line decoration around its circumference. Surface covered in a clear lead glaze over an olive and yellowish-orange ground. Numerous rim chips. Chipping to base. H 2 3/8" ; Diameter 4 1/2".
