Glazed Redware Bowl, Stamped "JOHN BELL / WAYNESBORO," circa 1860, with rounded wall and thin, flattened rim, the surface covered in a clear lead glaze over a bright orange ground. Impressed with John Bell maker's mark on shoulder. Bell's utilitarian products, such as this bowl, are rarely found in such remarkable condition. Very light wear to interior and one rim nick. H 3" ; Diameter 10".
