Bowl-Shaped Stoneware Cream Jar with Cobalt Poppy Decoration, Stamped "WHITES' BINGHAMTON," New York State origin, circa 1850, squat-shaped ovoid jar with tooled shoulder and applied lug handles, decorated with a slip-trailed cobalt poppy flower motif, accented with dots. 4" crack from rim on front. Some fry to cobalt. Base chip. Small chip on interior of rim. H 6 3/4".
