Glazed Redware Jug, probably Chambersburg, PA area, circa 1830, highly ovoid jug with tooled shoulder and ribbed spout, covered in a blackish lead and manganese glaze. Excavated in Chambersburg, PA. Near mint condition with a small chips in surface. H 7 1/2".
