Small-Sized Glazed Redware Jar, New England origin, early to mid 19th century, straight-sided jar with tooled shoulder and rounded rim, covered with a lead glaze on the interior and exterior. Desirable size and coloration. Wear to rim. Flaking to interior. A few small base chips. 1 1/4" hairline from rim. A few small flecks of glaze loss to shoulder. H 4 1/4".
