Very Rare Small-Sized Redware Bowl with Impressed Decoration, Stamped "J.S. HENNE," Berks County, PA, circa 1860, narrow-footed bowl with flared opening, decorated with an alternating impressed circle pattern surrounding rosettes and diamonds. Surface and interior decorated with splashed manganese and lead glazes. Unusual impressed decoration, desirable size, and rare maker"s mark. Wear to rim. Two base nicks. H 2 1/4" ; Diameter 4 1/2".
