Scarce Six-Gallon Stoneware Crock with Paterson, NJ Advertising, attributed to the Fulper Pottery, Flemington, NJ, circa 1885, cylindrical crock with tooled shoulder, semi-rounded rim, and applied lug handles, inscribed with the large script advertising, "Meyer Bro's. / Boston Store. / Paterson / N.J." Desirable size and form featuring unusual advertising. Rim chips. Areas of water glass staining. H 12 5/8".
