One-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jar, Stenciled "A. CONRAD. / NEW GENEVA, / FAYETTE CO / PA.," circa 1875, semi-ovoid jar with tooled shoulder and semi-rounded rim, featuring Alexander Conrad maker's stenciling above a stenciled "1" flanked by flourishes. Freehand stripe below rim. A small chip to interior of rim and staining to surface. H 10".
