Cobalt-Stenciled Stoneware Canning Jar, Western PA origin, circa 1880, tapering jar with tooled shoulder and flared "wax sealer" rim, featuring a scrolled, stenciled design across the midsection. Staining to surface. A few minor nicks to inner rim for lid. H 8".
