Alkaline-Glazed Stoneware Pitcher with Swirl Pattern, attributed to the Reinhardt Brothers, Vale, NC, circa 1935, squat-shaped, cylindrical pitcher with flared rim, the surface covered in an alkaline glaze over swirled clay including blue-and-white rutile accents. A small colored rim chip. Some in-the-firing flaws including a ping and chip to bottom edge and some bubbling to glaze. H 8 1/4".
