Two Glazed Stoneware Ashtray Bookends, Stamped "JW MOORE / E CANTON O" and Incised "J.W. Moore / E. Canton O," circa 1930, one depicting a relief boy fishing, the other with relief girl smelling a flower, each with removeable ashtrays. Ashtrays and well below ashtrays each bear a circular J.W. Moore maker's mark. Each bookend additionally incised with a J.W. Moore signature on underside. Multi-colored slip decoration throughout each. Each in excellent, essentially as-made condition. H (of girl-decorated bookend) 7".
