Rare Yellowware Vegetable Dish, Stamped "U. KENDALL & SONS CIN. O.," Cincinnati, OH origin, mid 19th century, molded, elongated form with rounded well and wide, flattened rim with canted corners. Impressed with the maker's mark of Uzziah Kendall and his sons on underside. The first piece of pottery bearing this stamp and only the second example of marked Kendall yellowware that we have ever offered. Excellent condition with minor surface wear and minor residue to interior. L 11 3/4" ; W 9 1/8" ; H 2".
