Rare Two-Gallon Stoneware Jug with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped Twice "A. DeHAVEN, / MIDDLEBURY, OHIO," mid 19th century, ovoid jug with thick, tapered spout molding, brush-decorated with a tulip accented with spots on the leaves. Cobalt highlight to the maker's mark on front. Brushed cobalt "2" on reverse. Very nice condition with a 5/8" chip to side of spout and mottling to surface. H 14".
