Slip-Decorated Stoneware Lion Doorstop, OH origin, late 19th century, molded figure of a reclining lion on rectangular base with scalloped edge, the surface covered in a Bristol slip glaze with Albany slip daubs to the body and one leg and highlights to mane, as well as red accents to the mouth. Two large chips to front corners of base and a few other small base chips. L 10".
