Fine Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Spaniel, probably OH origin, late 19th century, molded figure of a spaniel seated on a freeform base, the surface coated in whitish Bristol slip glaze with cobalt highlights to the face, ears, and collar. Hollow underside and interior. Unusually detailed molding on this example. Excellent, essentially as-made condition. H 9".
