Glazed Redware Jug, New England origin, first half 19th century, ovoid jug with semi-squared spout, the surface covered in an unusual mottled, light-brown glaze over a reddish ground with darker brown flecking. Two handle chips. A minor glaze flake to spout. Light surface wear around midsection. H 9 1/4".
