Alkaline-Glazed Stoneware Jug, Edgefield District, SC origin, third quarter 19th century, cylindrical jug with tapered spout, the surface covered in a mottled brown-to-green alkaline glaze. Provenance: Richard and Cindy Pearce Collection. Excellent, essentially as-made condition. H 10 1/4".
