Three Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Churns of Graduated Capacities, Stenciled "A.P. DONAGHHO / PARKERSBURG, W. VA", circa 1875, all of cylindrical form with flared collars, the largest two with applied lug handles, featuring A.P. Donaghho maker's stenciling above "2," "3," and "4" capacity stencils with accompanying decoration. Two-gallon example in essentially as-made condition with light fry to cobalt. Three-gallon example with rim chip, large crack at base and underside, and other minor imperfections. Four-gallon example with minor imperfections including small chips to collar. H (of tallest) 16 1/4".
