Two Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jars with VA Advertising, attributed to A.P. Donaghho, Parkersburg, WV, circa 1880, a two-gallon flare-rimmed jar, stenciled "Wm. KINNIER & Co, / LYNCHBURG, Va.," paired with a one-gallon cylindrical jar, stenciled "E.B TAYLOR / Richmond, Va." Kinnier jar with some surface wear, wear and shallow chipping to rim, a small base chip, and minor base nick. Taylor jar with chipping to interior of rim, a few minor chips to shoulder molding, and grease residue to surface. H (of larger) 10 1/4".
