Three Stoneware Pitchers, American, 19th century, a two-gallon example with abstract slip-trailed foliate motif and smaller pitcher with brushed sweeping floral motif, both Northeastern U.S. origin, third quarter 19th century, together with a rustic tankard pitcher with Albany slip and Bristol slip glazes. Smallest in excellent condition with some staining. Two-gallon pitcher with a short in-the-firing crack from rim on reverse, a 1 1/2" base chip, and some fry to cobalt. Rustic pitcher with a shallow chip to underside at edge, a small chip near base, two in-the-firing contact marks to side of handle, a minor chip to interior of rim, and a short line from rim. H (of tallest) 11 3/4".
