Multi-Glazed Redware Cream Pitcher, attributed to S. Bell & Sons, Strasburg, VA, circa 1890, ovoid pitcher of unusual wide-bodied form with flared rim and footed base, the lead-glazed surface decorated with splashed copper, manganese, and cream-colored slip. Very nice condition with light wear to spout and rim and minor wear to base and handle. H 5".
