Two Pieces of Agateware, Bennington, VT, mid 19th century, a pitcher and a spittoon, both molded, featuring scroddled white and brown clay. Pitcher with staining and X-shaped surface line in underside, not visible on interior. Spittoon with a 2 1/4" hairline to interior, in otherwise excellent condition. H (of pitcher) 9 1/2".
