Two Pieces of Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware, Mid-Atlantic origin, a three-gallon cylindrical jar with brushed hanging floral motif, Baltimore, MD origin, paired with a two-gallon jug with brushed split-stem floral motif, PA origin. Jar with cracks, including flakes, emanating from base, a small chip to one handle, and a network of surface lines to rim and shoulder area. Jug with a large crack extending from spout to underside on side of jug, a minor chip to top of spout, and staining. H (of jar) 13 1/4".
