Three Pieces of Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware, Baltimore, MD origin, second half 19th century, two milkpans and a lidded cake crock, all of one-gallon capacity with brushed clover motifs on the front and reverse. Cake crock with likely-original lid, decorated with cobalt daubs around the edge. Cake crock with hairlines to underside, a hairline extending up side of crock, and a tiny rim nick. Lid with several small chips to edge/flange on underside, a glazed-over chip to flange on underside of lid, and a chip to knob. Taller milkpan with surface wear, a Y-shaped hairline to underside, and a few minor chips to interior of rim. Shorter milkpan with cracks in underside extending partway up body of milkpan. Dimensions (of cake crock without lid): Diam. 9 1/4" x H 4 3/4".
