Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jar, Western PA origin, circa 1875, cylindrical jar with tooled shoulder and semi-rounded rim, decorated with a stenciled flourish between two pairs of freehand stripes. Excellent condition with some staining and a minor in-the-firing contact mark to left side. H 10 1/8".
