Rare Three-Gallon Stoneware Jug with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "J. STADDEN / SUMMIT CO. O," mid 19th century, ovoid jug with tapered spout, brush-decorated with a large, double-blossomed tulip plant motif. Cobalt highlights to handle terminals. Very nice condition with spout chips and minor flecks of white paint to surface. H 16".
