One-Gallon Stroudsburg, PA Stoneware Advertising Bowl, attributed to the Fulper Pottery, Flemington, NJ, late 19th or early 20th century, ovoid bowl with semi-rounded rim, featuring the slip-trailed cobalt advertising, "Joseph Wallace & Sons. / Stroudsburg. / Pa.," over a Bristol slip ground. Rim chips. A 6" crack on underside, continuing 3 3/4" up side of bowl. Some staining. A 1 3/4" hairline from rim on front and a 1 3/4" hairline from rim on reverse. H 6 3/8" ; Diam. 9".
