Extremely Rare Small-Sized Stoneware Jar, Stamped "H. GLAZIER / HUNTINGDON, PA," circa 1831-1854, thin-walled, cylindrical jar with footed base, tapered shoulder, and delicate, semi-rounded rim, the surface covered in a clear salt glaze over a light-gray ground. Impressed diagonally at shoulder with Henry Glazier maker's mark. Exceptional size and form. Among the smallest signed Glazier jars known. Excellent, essentially as-made condition. H 5".
