Two-Gallon Stoneware Crock with Cobalt Dove Decoration, Stamped "F.B. NORTON SONS. / WORCESTER MASS," circa 1875, cylindrical crock with semi-rounded rim and applied lug handles, decorated with a slip-trailed design of a dove with looping wing detail, perched on a branch. Light cobalt highlight to maker's mark. Excellent, essentially as-made condition. H 9 3/8".
