Two-Gallon Stoneware Jug with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "W.H. FARRAR & CO. / GEDDES, NY," circa 1860, cylindrical jug with semi-rounded spout, decorated with a boldly-brushed tulip plant bearing three blossoms. Brushed "2" to shoulder. Cobalt highlights to maker's mark. Excellent, essentially as-made condition. H 14".
