Small-Sized Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Foliate Decoration, attributed to Richard C. Remmey, Philadelphia, PA, circa 1870, cylindrical jar with tooled shoulder and squared rim, decorated around the shoulder with three brushed leaves. Very nice condition with a minor rim chip and a 2" surface line on underside, extending 7/8" up base, not visible on interior. H 7 1/4".
