Outstanding Small-Sized Stoneware Urn with Cobalt Floral Decoration, OH origin, circa 1875, ovoid form with stepped pedestal base and tooled accents to midsection and rim, decorated around the body with three folky brushed flowering plant motifs. Albany-slip-glazed interior. Exceptional form with strong decoration and color. Very nice condition. Two 1" base chips. Chipping around bottom edge of rim and a few minor chips to top edge of rim. A minor 3/4" surface line from rim, not visible on interior. H 6 1/2".
