Glazed Redware Bowl, Stamped "JOHN BELL," Waynesboro, PA origin, circa 1840-1880, small-sized, tapering form with tooled rim, decorated with heavy manganese sponging and covered in a clear lead glaze. Impressed with John Bell maker's mark on underside. Very nice condition with wear to rim. H 3 1/2" ; Diam. 5 4/8".
