Half-Gallon Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Floral Decoration, attributed to Henry H. Remmey, Philadelphia, PA, circa 1835, cylindrical jar with rounded shoulder and semi-rounded rim, decorated around the midsection with a brushed stem bearing graduated leaves and flower buds. Excellent, essentially as-made condition. H 8 1/4".
