Fine Glazed Redware Pitcher, Stamped "JOHN BELL," Waynesboro, PA, circa 1840-1880, ovoid pitcher with pronounced pouring spout and thin strap handle, the surface decorated with streaks of manganese and covered in a clear lead glaze. Underside impressed with John Bell maker's mark. Excellent, essentially as-made condition with a minor in-the-firing stacker scar to underside. H 6 1/2".
