Shenandoah Valley Multi-Glazed Redware Mug, attributed to J. Eberly & Co. or S. Bell & Sons, Strasburg, VA, circa 1890, barrel-form mug with applied handle, decorated with streaks of copper, manganese, and cream-colored slip under a clear lead glaze. A chip to interior and exterior of rim, adjacent to each other. A small piece of in-the-firing adhered clay to handle. A 1 3/4" sliver of in-the-firing adhered clay on underside. H 4 1/8".
