Two Stoneware Crocks with Cobalt Bird Decoration, Northeastern U.S. origin, circa 1875, a one-and-a-half-gallon crock with cobalt bird-on-branch decoration, stamped "FULPER BROS. / FLEMINGTON, N.J.," paired with a two-gallon crock with cobalt bird-on-branch, attributed to Brady & Ryan, Ellenville, NY. Fulper crock with restoration to front and rim, not affecting decoration, as well as an in-the-firing line on underside. Other crock with crack across underside, extending to tail of bird on front, spidering hairlines to right side of front, hairlines rim rim, and a 5 1/2" crack from rim on reverse.
