Two-Gallon Stoneware Jug with Cobalt Bird Decoration, Stamped "WHITES. UTICA. N.Y.," circa 1865, cylindrical jug with tapered spout, decorated with a slip-trailed design of a crested bird perched on a vine. Restored area to base. Two minor, sealed spout chips and a minor U-shaped line in spout. Staining to surface.
