Three-Gallon Double-Handled Stoneware Jug with Alkaline Glaze, Stamped Twice "HNL," Henry Newton Long, Crawford County, GA, late 19th or early 20th century, semi-ovoid jug with two small strap handles at the shoulder, the surface covered in a mottled brown alkaline glaze. Impressed "HNL" on both handles. Desirable form. Chips to spout. Otherwise excellent condition.
