Stoneware Lion Doorstop, Jane Lew, WV origin, circa 1880, molded figure of a lion with incised eyes and paws, reclining on a rectangular base with saw-toothed border. A chip to one corner of base. Additional shallow chipping to base, most of which appears to be in-the-firing. L 7 5/8".
