Glazed Redware Jug, New England origin, early to mid 19th century, ovoid jug with footed base, tooled shoulder, and flared spout, the lead-glazed surface featuring olive coloration with red and orange spotting throughout. A 1" chip to underside of jug along edge. An additional small base chip and two other very minor base nicks. Wear to spout and some small spots of wear to handle. H 8".
