One-Gallon Elmira, NY Stoneware Advertising Jug, Stamped "FULPER BROS., / FLEMINGTON, N.J.," circa 1880, cylindrical jug with tooled spout, featuring the slip-trailed cobalt advertising, "John Kennedy, / Elmira, / N.Y." Cobalt highlight to maker's mark. Excellent, essentially as-made condition with a small, glazed-over spout chip on front, a minor, glazed-over spout nick on reverse, and some discoloration to surface.
