Fifteen-Gallon Stoneware Crock with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Red Wing, MN origin, circa 1880, large-sized, cylindrical crock with semi-rounded rim and applied lug handles, decorated with a large slip-trailed floral design with spotted petals, resembling a butterfly. Slip-trailed underscored "15" to shoulder. Excellent, essentially as-made condition. H 18 3/8".
