Three Pieces of Redware, American, 19th century, two lead-glazed cylindrical jars, one including its original lead-glazed redware lid, together with an ovoid jar with lead-and-manganese-glazed interior, stamped "JOHN BELL / WAYNESBORO'", PA origin. John Bell jar with minor exfoliation to underside, a chip to side of rim, and some minor surface wear. Larger cylindrical jar with 1 5/8" rim chip and some minor wear. Smaller, lidded jar with wear to rim, in otherwise excellent condition, the lid surviving in excellent condition. H (of John Bell jar) 8 5/8".
