Salt-Glazed Stoneware Jar, Stamped "JOHN BELL / WAYNESBORO'", PA origin, circa 1850-1880, squat-shaped jar of cylindrical form with footed base and semi-rounded rim, the surface dipped in a whitish slip and covered in a salt glaze. Excellent, essentially as-made condition. H 6".
