Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Canning Jar with Stenciled Flowering Urn Motif, Western PA origin, circa 1875, cylindrical jar with tooled shoulder and inner "wax sealer" rim, decorated with a detailed stenciled design of a tall, open-handled urn brimming with flowers. A 1 1/2" chip to top of rim. A small flake to bottom edge of jar. H 6 1/4".
