Fine Miniature Glazed Redware Jar, Rockingham County, VA origin, circa 1840-1880, narrow-bodied, ovoid jar with pronounced rim, the surface covered in a lead glaze over a colorful olive and orange ground. Rim with wear and a small chip. A long hairline from rim. H 3 1/2".
