Two Pieces of North Carolina Pottery, second quarter 20th century, a glazed ovoid pitcher with olive coloration and orange spotting, incised with a log cabin on underside, Log Cabin Pottery, Guilford County, NC, circa 1926-1933; paired with a glazed dish with yellow-slip chicken motif, stamped on underside "JUGTOWN WARE", Jugtown, NC origin, circa 1930. Pitcher with a 1/2" rim chip and minor in-the-firing rim nick. Dish in excellent condition with some light wear. H (of pitcher) 5" ; Diameter (of dish) 12 1/2".
